Adams Memorial Hospital’s Primary Care Clinic was created to serve Adams County residents that are signed up with the Hoosier Healthwise Program via MHS (Managed Health Services). Our mission through Managed Health Services is to provide quality care and positive outcomes for MHS members. In addition, we will focus on incorporating the family unit during our treatment plan. We believe strongly that involving the family unit through education will instill wellness and positive life style changes for all.
The hours for the Primary Care Clinic are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
