Free Day of Services

Pathways Adult Day Center is offering families their first day of services FREE! Pathways is the perfect place to leave someone you love to interact with others, exercise and engage in simple activities while you take time for yourself and relax. Pathways is located at the corner of Mercer Avenue and Grant Street. Pathways is open on Mondays and Thursdays and is a division of Adams Health Network. Services Provided

Daytime care for phsyically or mentally challenged adults over 18 years of age. A nurse is on duty at all times. Pathways provides various activities and socialization. Our goal is to do the kind of things you would enjoy doing with your friends at home.

History

Pathways Adult Day Center was started by Adams Memorial Hospital in 1990, and was first housed in the Physician’s office building near the hospital. We are currently located at Grant Street and Mercer Avenue, Decatur, Indiana.
