Adams Memorial Health Service Complex

The Adams Memorial Health Service Complex is located at 168 North Second Street in Decatur, Indiana.  Both  the Adams County Home Health Care Agency (A Division of Adams Memorial Hospital) and the Hospital's Healthy Lifesteps and Volunteer Program are located in the Health Service Complex.  EMT classes and Certified Nursing Assistant classes are also held in the complex.

Adams Memorial Hospital's Physician Office Building (POB) is located at 815 High Street in Decatur, Indiana.  Dr. H.S. Lee's Family and Surgical Practice is located in the POB as well as Dr. Spady's Surgical Practice.  Several Physician Specialists and the Hospital's Primary Care Clinic (Medicaid Clinic) also hold office hours in the POB building.  See the list of specialists below.
