Corporate Medical Services/Stat Care/Primary Care Clinic

NP/PA
1.0 FTE Full Time
Work 3 – 12 hours shifts a week or
Work 4 days a week, scheduled 36 hours/paid for 40 hours
Tuesday through Friday, 2 days 8a-4:30p and 2 days 10:45a-9:15p
Weekends as needed
Completion of approved PA or NP program with license to practice in Indiana and current prescriptive privileges
2 years clinical experience in physician’s office setting, urgent care setting, pediatric and occupational medicine background is preferred but not required
Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to age of patients
Critical thinking skills, assessment skills, interpersonal skills to interact with all age groups and computer skills

Sleep Tech

We are currently looking for an experienced registered Polysomnographic Technologist that can do PSGs, CPAP evaluations, and split night studies in our 2 bed sleep lab.

ER Charge Nurse RN

2:45p-11:15p during the week
10:45a-11:15p during the weekend
ACLS & Pals required
Great leadership ability

 

Med/Surg RN

.6 FTE 48 hrs/pay period
3rd shift 6:45p-7:15a
Every other weekend required

 

ICU

.6 RN
48 hours/pay period 6:45p-7:15a
Every third weekend and every other holiday
ACLS, PALS experience preferred.

 

Outpatient Physical Therapist

Full time - Hours Negotiable
4/10 hour days or 5/8 hour days
Infrequent weekends
Would prefer outpatient experience, but will consider a new graduate
