Adams Memorial Hospital believes in a horizontal integration of healthcare delivery. Adams Memorial Hospital strives to provide excellent health care to individuals from the time of birth through the end stages of life. To fulfill this vision, Adams Memorial Hospital purchased a nursing home facility in 1988. In 1993 Woodcrest Retirement Community was constructed. Evergreen Court Assisted Living Apartments joined the Woodcrest Community with its opening in 1996. The latest addition to the AMH organization is The Village of Heritage nursing facility, which opened in 2000, and is located in Monroeville, IN.
Today, we enjoy a new healthcare facility located at 1100 Mercer Avenue which opened in July 2005. The new facility continues to offer services for every stage in life. Adams Memorial Hospital is committed to caring for our Community's healthcare needs.
